Shipping policy

You can choose to pick up at either our Cambridge, Stratford, or Dundas locations or have the clothing shipped to the address of your choice.

Currently, we are only shipping orders within Canada. If the address you give us is an issue, you will be contacted via phone or email and asked to provide an alternate address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based.

Orders can be shipped to Canadian PO boxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it online using the tracking number provided in your order history. Please note that some remote locations may require additional time in transit. Delivery times are also known to be affected by adverse weather conditions.
