Refund policy
In Store Returns
- Returns for refund are accepted within 10 days of purchase on non-sale items
- Store credit is issued up to 30 days from purchase
- No return or exchange accepted of intimate apparel, gourmet or household items
- If an item appears worn, a restocking fee may apply.
Returns on Sale Items
- All items purchase at a sales price are FINAL sale
Christmas 2023 Gift Returns
- Items purchased as a Christmas gift may be exchanged for sizing or store credit from December 28, 2023 - January 15, 2024 with a valid gift receipt, receipt number, or purchasers name and contact information.
- We will not accept gift returns or exchanges after January 15, 2024 on items which were purchased more than 30 days before Christmas.
Online Store Returns
- Returns for items purchased through our online store can be made at any Gadsbys Clothing in-store location.
- Full refund on non-sale items can be made within 10 days of purchase.
- Non-sale Items are eligible to be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return the item(s) are at the customer’s expense.
Shipped Returns
- If a return must be shipped, please call the phone number on your receipt or email customer-experience@gadsbys.ca and a signed return authorization form will be sent to you to include with your shipment.

Defective Items
- If you believe a product you purchased from Gadsbys Clothing Co. is not performing as it should, please notify us within 6 months of purchase. We will inspect the item and determine if it qualifies for exchange or store credit. Some exceptions may apply.
Gift Cards
- All Gift Card purchases are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.
- The balance of a online Gift Card can be transfered to an in-store Gift Card, and vise versa, by emailing customer-experience@gadsbys.ca or calling 519-208-9757.
International Shipping (Not currently available)
- Items taken or delivered to a country outside of Canada are all FINAL Sale, including the United States.
- International shipping is currently unavailable.
- Returns shipped internationally into Canada will not be accepted under any condition. If a shipment is attempted, it will be returned to sender at their expense.
- Due to cross-border fees and restrictions, we cannot accept returns which are shipped from outside of Canada.
- We are sorry for any inconvenience.
